Step:
Take chopped almond, kismis and crushed cardamom and cloves along with wheat daliya in a pressure cooker.
Fry for two minutes on low heat and add the desi ghee.
Fry for five minutes till the kismis are fried.
Add a cup of water and pinch of salt. Mix well.
Pressure cook for two whistles.
Transfer the daliya from cooker to a wide vessel with three cups of thickened milk. Add pieces of Arnapurna leaf to get aroma in kheer.
Boil for 5-7 minutes till the daliya mix well and the kheer thickened.
The daliya kheer is ready to serve. Garnish with cashews and cherry. Thanks
