Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. In a large bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter.

  3. Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with cheddar. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  5. Let it stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.

Ingredients

  1. 1 can whole kernel corn, drained (15.25oz)
  2. 1 can cream style corn (14 3/4 oz)
  3. 1 (8 oz) package corn muffin mix (recommended: Jiffy)
  4. 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  5. 1 cup sour cream
  6. 1-1 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
