Step:

  1. Cook bacon in microwave on paper towels for one and a half to two minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 Whisk eggs stir in heavy cream add all other ingredients.

  3. Place bacon in muffin tins around the bottom. Ladle in mixture into each cup and even out.

  4. Bake at 350F for 20 to 35 minutes. Remove and enjoy.

Ingredients

  1. 12 Slices Bacon (cooked in microwave on paper towels 11/2-2 min)
  2. 12 Eggs
  3. 2-3 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  4. 1/4 cup diced green onion
  5. 80-120 g Fresh Spinich chopped
  6. 40 g Fresh Basil
  7. 1 Small Tomato diced
  8. 140 g Cheese (I use 4 cheese blend)
  9. to taste Tony Chachere's seasoning
