Vanilla Tutti Fruiti Toaster Sandwich Cakes

Mix all the dry ingredients and keep aside. Sift them all twice. Whisk the eggs along with sugar and oil. Beat it really well. Use an hand held Electric beater or a whisk as convenient.

Fold in the dry ingredients slowly little by little followed by the buttermilk or milk whichever you desire, but buttermilk is the best. After you finish folding in the flour mix, add in the tutti fruiti also.

Plug in the toaster and pour two ice-cream scoops full of the batter into each of the groove of the toaster. Each batch is done in 2 to 3 minutes. No need to flip over and cook.

Serve them warm at tea-time or as desired. Enjoy!
