Step:
First up: In a frying pan/wok- Add in the Cooking Oil over the medium flame & then, add into it the Cumin Seeds, Hing & Green Chillies
Sauté until it releases its fine aroma: Now, add in the grated coconut- sauté for a minute until well combined
Time to add in the blanched Mixed Sprouts & keep on stirring continuously- Keep the flame at medium-low at this point
Give everything a nice mix: Add in the salt, sugar, turmeric & red chilli powder & continue sautéing
Sprinkle in some water- as required, keep stirring gently for another 2 mins time & then, turn off the flame
Add in the garam masala powder & the lemon juice & some coriander leaves & mix again well, altogether
Allow it to be in its standby position for about 5 mins time & then serve it hot- A complete soulful & hearty breakfast or perhaps the evening snacks, indeed !
