Step:

  1. Spread sliced side of roll lightly with garlic

  2. Toast in (toaster) oven 2 minutes

  3. Spread sliced side of roll lightly with pizza sauce

  4. Sprinkle oregano & basil on pizza sauce.

  5. Top with tomato slice & cheese

  6. Broil until the cheese and roll edges brown lightly. (About 5 minutes)

Ingredients

  1. (2) 1/2 inch thick tomato slices lightly salted
  2. (1) Ciabatta roll or similiar bread halved horizontally
  3. (Measurements below are approx based on size if roll/tomatoes)
  4. 1/4 tspn minced garlic
  5. 1 tspn prepared pizza sauce
  6. 1/4 tspn oregano
  7. 1/4 tspn basil
  8. 1 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
  9. 1 tbsp shredded sharp cheddar
