Mix the butter with sugar, salt until soft. Add eggs and mix it again
Add the flour, baking powder. Mix it well. Add the chocolate chips.
Arrange the baking tray with baking paper.
Using a spoon and get a scoop of cookie dough and form it to a ball. Place it on baking tray.
Continue with the rest of dough. Leave a gap between the cookie doughs. The dough will melt down during baking.
Bake the dough on preheated oven 160 C for 12 minutes until golden brown and soft in the middle.
After baking, leave it for a moment on the baking tray before moving it on cooling rack. The cookie will get hard by itself, this is the crunchy effect and middle part soft.
