  1. Heat butter in a pan,when it melts,add milk and other ingredients and whisk it.

  3. When it gets boil and when it gets little thick then turn off the flame.Serve hot.

  3. 1 tsp butter
  4. for slurry
  5. 1 tsp cornflour
  6. 2 tsp water
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1/4 tsp chopped garlic (optional)
  9. for serving
  10. 1/2 cup Bread croutons
  11. 1 cup vegetables
