  5. 2 tbsp ajwain /carom seeds
  6. 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  7. Pinch hing/asafoetida
  8. 1/2 cup fresh cream
  9. to taste salt
  10. 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  11. 15-20 green chilli
  12. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  13. As needed boiled water
  14. 7-8 Garlic cloves
