As the rule goes, always preheat your oven on 180 before starting the process of making the batter. Sieve all the dry ingredients once or twice. Keep aside.
In a large bowl, cream Eggs Vanilla, Sugar and Oil or Butter together either with a whisk or a hand held Electric beater for the best results. Into this creamy and frothy wet mix, slowly fold in the dry ingredients little by little adding some Buttermilk at a time.
After done, throw in the coarsely powdered dry fruits. Mix it well with light hands. Pour this batter in a butterpaper lined baking pan. Tap it gently once and pop in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 for about 30-35 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean.
Top with some Chocolate Ganache and powdered dry fruits. Slice and enjoy this decadent piece of Chocolaty wonder.

1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour or Maida
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Oil or melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
3 large Eggs or 4 small
1 pinch Salt
1 cup Walnuts and Almonds coarsely powdered
