Step:
Firstly take 1 cup of almonds. In a blender make powder.
In a pan add ghee and roast almond powder on medium flame until it slightly golden and smells really good. Turn off the flame and keep aside.
Let it completely cool then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder mix well and keep aside.
Now prepare dough for ghughra. In a bowl add maida and ghee mix it well then add water as needed and make a tight dough. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
Take one ball and roll it about the size of a puri.
Place stuffing in the middle of the rolled puri. Close the puri half-moon shape.
Keep twisting the ghughra around the edges. Prepare the remaining ghughra with a damp cloth.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Fry ghughras over low flame until light golden brown in colour.
Let them cool down. Once it is cold, place them in an airtight container.
