Step:

  1. Take a maida add a pinch of salt.Now add ghee for moian and rub maida with ghee between the two palm till ghee mix tharougly.

  2. Now knead maida into a soft dough with lukewarm water.keep aside.

  3. Now coarsely grind all the dryfruits.Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.

  4. Make a lizaam or slurry of maida and water and keep aside.

  5. Now fill the poori with dryfruit mix and make like a momos by applying slurry to the edges to seal it.

  6. Make all the modaks.

  7. Now take ghee in a wok and heat it and deep fry all the modaks to golden brown.

Ingredients

  1. 250 gm maida / all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. as needed dry fruits (Pistachio,almonds, raisins)
  4. 1/2 tsp choti Elaichi(green Cardamom) powder
  5. Pinch salt
  6. as needed Ghee for deep frying and moian
