Step:

  1. Preheat the oven on medium heat.

  2. Fill 1 medium pot of water with the vinegar and salt. Let it boil then add the potatoes.

  3. When potatoes are half cooked, remove from pot, place them in a baking tray. Mash them with a spoon a little bit.

  4. Mix the spices in a bowl and sprinkle them on the potatoes and then add olive oil on top to taste.

  5. Place tray in the oven and let it bake until potatoes turn golden crispy.

  1. 33 baby potatoes, cut a little bit on both ends
  2. 2 tsp salt
  3. 2 tsp white vinegar
  4. 2.5 tsp salt
  5. 2 tsp black pepper
  6. 1 tsp white pepper
  7. 1 tsp red pepper
  8. 1 tsp turmeric
  9. 1 tsp garlic powder
  10. 1 tsp onion powder
  11. to taste Olive oil
