Step:

  1. Take a pressure cooker heat it.

  3. Add some oil. Add chopped mixed veggies.

  4. Saute it well, after few min it looks golden brown.

  5. Add as required salt,chilli. Mix it well.

  6. Add 1 cup water and rice.

  7. Lock lid in place. High flame in the gas pressure take only 1 whistle.

  8. After 10 minutes do a quick pressure 

  9. Ready your sweet corn Pulao

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 1 cup Mixed veg
  3. 1 cup sweet corn
  4. 1 cup water
  5. to taste Salt
  6. to taste Kasmiri red chilli powder
  7. 4 tsp Oil
