Chatpatey LOTUS ROOTS

Remove soil from lotus roots and wash them then peel and cut

Boil it for 15 to 20 mints

Take oil in wok and add oil in it put tomatoes and removes its rawness.

When lotus roots boiled strain them.

Add spices in tomatoes and add yougt in mixture. Add lotus roots.and mix well.And sprinkle chillies and garnish.
