Step:

In a mixer, add all mentioned ingredients except oil.You can also use hand whisk.
Mix well to make homogeneous mixture.
In a pan add oil and then add egg mixture. Cover it with lid and cook at low flame.
After 5 minutes flip to change the side. Cook again for 5 minutes.
Plate it out and sprinkle some crushed nuts. You can also use cream cheese on top. Sweet fluffy egg is ready to serve.
