Step:

  1. Heat a pan pour ghee

  2. Add mustart,cumin, peanuts Fri well

  3. Then add chana dal,

  4. Then add chillies,onion Fri well once it's turns transparent add potato

  5. Then add carrot add salt close lid cook until it becomes soft

  6. Then add sabhudana,peanut powder mint paste

  7. Cook well once it binds flavour add coriander

  8. Ready to serve mint kichidi

  2. 2 tsp roasted peanut powder
  3. 1 cup mint paste
  4. 3 green chilli slices
  5. 2 tsp ghee
  6. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1 cup coriander
  10. 1 tsp chanadal
  11. 1/2 cup carrot slices
  12. 1/2 cup potato pieces
  13. 1/2 cup onion pieces
