Step:

  1. Saute the sausages with little oil

  2. Take a slice of bread and cut the circle from the centre

  3. In a pan heat a tsp of oil place the cut bread crack the egg in the centre and cover the pan for 5 minutes or till egg cook completely

  4. Toast the other bread slice.

  5. Now assembled the sandwich and enjoy with a hot cup of Tea

  4. Some slices of sausages of any flavour
  5. 1 tbsp hot sauce
