Step:

  1. Heat oil

  2. Turn the egg roll to the points are straight up and down.

  3. Add peanut butter and jam to the center of egg roll

  4. Fold the sides

  5. Fold the bottom upwards

  6. Now roll it up

  7. Put into oil flap side down and fry till whole thing is crispy takes about 5 minutes total to fry.

  8. Move to paper towel to absorb excessive oils.

  9. Serve I hope you enjoy!

  3. 4 large egg roll wrappers
