Step:

  1. Boil the pasta according to the pack.

  2. Finely chop the onion and cook in a frying pan with a bit of oil until transparent. Add sweetcorn, spices, stock cube and cream and simmer for a couple of minutes.

  3. Add the pasta and egg to the pan and mix well. Plate up and top with cheese. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 2 portions spaghetti (or other pasta)
  2. 1 onion
  3. About 225 g sweetcorn (I use frozen)
  4. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  5. Black pepper
  6. 1/2 vegetable stock cube
  7. 150 ml cream (I use oat)
  8. 1 egg
  9. Grated cheese
