  2. Whisk all but beef together and pour over meat. Marinade overnight in fridge

  3. Paper towel to remove moisture. Put in preheated air fryer at 180 for an hour

Ingredients

  1. 1 C worcestershire sauce
  2. 1/2 C soy sauce
  3. 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  4. 1/4 tsp ground cayenne
  5. 1 tsp onion powder
  6. 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1 tsp chili powder
  8. 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 1/2 C water
  12. 2 lbs top round
