Step:

  1. In a pan add the cut onions,ginger,garlic and medium fry. Add in the soy sauce vinegar sugar to it. Coat the chicken with salt and corn flour and saut well separately. Add in the sauce mix and garnish with spring onions and peanuts.

  2. Boil the noodles separately and drain well. Shallow fry with egg and chillies.

  2. 1 cup breast fillet (thin sliced)
  3. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  4. 2-3 pods chopped garlic
  5. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  6. 1 tbsp vinegar
  7. 3 tbsp corn starch
  8. 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  9. 2 sticks spring onions (finely chopped)
  10. 1 onion sliced
  11. Bunch peanuts (optional)
  12. For noodles
  13. 1 packet chings hakka noodles
  14. 2 eggs scrambled
  15. 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
