  5. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  8. Some crushed kasuri methi
  9. as required Coriander for garnishing
  10. 3 tablespoons oil
