Step:

  1. Mix eggs with sugar until stiff peaks form

  2. Mix butter with pistachio

  3. Add pistachio and butter cream into egg mixture

  4. Add flour and blend well

  5. Chill for 4hr and pour into moulds

  6. Bake at 180c for 8min

  7. Serve with pistachio gelato

  1. 300 g flour
  2. 200 g butter
  3. 200 g pistachio cream
  4. 300 g sugar
  5. 12 whole eggs
  6. 6 egg yolks
