Step:

  1. Mix the eggs and sugar together

  2. Add the oil and mix then the orange juice

  3. Sift the flour and then add the baking powder and baking soda

  4. Add the dry ingredients mix to that of the wet ones and mix all together when you add the orange zest

  5. Put it in the oven in the middle shelf for 40-50min at 180 degrees

Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 and a 1/2 cup granulated or powdered sugar (I used granulated)
  3. 3/4 cup oil
  4. 2 oranges zest
  5. 1 cup orange juice
  6. 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  7. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
