Step:

  1. Slit hot dog from centre (lengthwise). Spread mayonnaise evenly on it.

  2. Grate cheese over it liberally.

  3. Garnish it with spring Onion. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it.

  4. Grill at 450 F for 10 minutes.

  5. Serve hot with sauce.
