Step:

  1. Pour pineapple juice and rum over ice in cocktail shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds

  2. Strain into glass over 4-5 ice cubes

  3. Pour grenadine into the glass, making sure to pour it down the side of the glass to avoid mixing layers

  4. Add garnish

  3. 4 oz pineapple juice
  4. 1 oz grenadine syrup
  5. Maraschino cherry and pineapple chunk for garnish
