Sticky date

Spray and line baking tray with baking paper

Add dates, sugar, butter, bi carb, and water to large pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 mins all mix to cool down to below 20 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl sift flour, add date mix, and eggs combine well.

Bake at 140C for 1.5 hours
