Onion fish sauce

Transfer the fish into a bowl and wash,marinate with seasoning and sprinkle the parsley

Add the grounded scotch bonnet and red pepper,allow it to marinate for 15 minutes,heat oil in a pan and fry the fish

Allow the fish to fry on both sides until golden brown then remove and set aside,in the same pan add the slice onions

Add the seasoning and spices

Add grounded scotch bonnet fry for 30 minutes then arrange the fish at the top

Lock the pan and allow it to cook for 15 minutes and serve
