Step:

  1. Add dry ingredients and combine

  2. Add butter, mix and add water until it forms a sticky dough. Leave to rest for 5 mins

  3. Heat up oil,scoop dough with 4 fingers into the oil and fry on low heat. It takes about 5- 10 mins to fry. Fry until ur desired color.
