Step:
First and foremost, you have to de-seed all the fruits.
Ensure that the skin of the apples are taken off.
Next, remove the skin of the Musambi. Musambi is an indigenous citrus fruit found in India similar to oranges.
Collect only the fruit seeds of the pommegranates. The skin should be deliberately avoided.
Take the single banana, the ripe one and peel off it's skin and cut it into small pieces.
In a juicer, take juice of apples and banana. Keep it aside.
Next, in a juicer blend the pommegranates. Strain and keep aside.
In a citrus juicer, take the juice of the Musambis.
Next, combine all these extracts in a large pan and stir.
Keep the above over medium flame on a stove.
Cook the above till it reaches boil.
Add the sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved.
Switch off the flame of the stove.
Add the preservative chemical, the Strawberry Fruit Jelly powder to the hot and boiling fresh fruit extract.
Stir continuously and quickly. There must be no lumps.
Then, keep the mixture aside for cooling.
Pour this into a Glass Jam Bottle and keep in kitchen storage.
Your Mixed Fruit Jam is ready !
You could keep this homemade jam for about a week else refrigerate it.
