Step:
First mix besan, rice flour, 1 tbsp cooking oil and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped veggies, curry leaves, masala paste and all dry masala.
Mix well and add water little at a time, to make a thick paste of pakauda batter. Keep cover for 5-7 minutes.
Heat oil in kadhai. Add a small pinch of salt to the oil. Test the oil adding a small portion of pakouda batter.
Make pakauda, according to choice. Deep fry on medium flame, both the sides. Serve hot.
* Adding a lil oil to besan,makes the Pakouda, crispy.
**Adding a lil salt to the hot oil, prevents, pakouda to absorb oil, while frying. Thanks.

1 n 1/2 cup besan, sieved
2 tbsp rice flour/poha powder/sooji
1 cup potato and onion, cut in small pieces
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
8-10 curry leaves, chopped
1 pinch black salt
1/3 tsp cumin seeds
1/3 tsp nigella seeds
1/3 tsp, crushed ajwain seeds (carom)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala powder
Salt ad required
1 pinch soda
Oil for deep frying
