Step:

  1. Boil for 7-10 minutes, until your potatoes are soft when poked with a knife.

  2. Drain off and add to a mixing bowl. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes.

  3. Heat oil in a sauce pan and saute the onions. Add in the garlic and the tumeric.
