Step:
For the aloo paratha stuffing. Heat ghee in kadai. Add cumin seeds, chopped onion and green chilly fry for few minutes.
Then add mashed potatoes, red chilly powder, mango powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
Mix.............................. well. Once it is done. Cool it and keep aside.
For the aloo paratha dough In a plate. Combine whole wheat flour, ajwain (carom seeds), salt and ghee. Mix.....well. Add enough waterand knead into a semistiff dough. Keep aside.
How to make aloo paratha From the dough take a small ball and roll a portion of the dough. Place a stuffing in the centre of the circle. Close the edges tightly. Roll again in to a circle with a little flour.
Heat non stick pan and cook the aloo paratha with 1 tsp ghee till it become light brown both the sides. Once it is done.
Transfer to a plate. Serve immediately hot................... aloo paratha with curd raita or mango pickle........................
