Step:
Grind split green moong dal and sago separately in mixer grinder to make smooth flours. In mixing bowl add green moong dal flour,sago flour,besan and yogurt. Mix well.
Add chopped fresh coriander leaves, tumeric powder, cummin seeds and salt. Mix well. Add enough water to make uttapam batter. Keep cover for 1/2- 1 hour.
Wash and pat dry spinach leaves, green chillies and sweet corn kernels. Chopped all in veg chopper. Keep aside.
Grease dosa tawa with oil. Pour 2 laddleful of prepared moong-sago uttapam batter. Spread thickly to make uttapam.
On it sprinkle chopped spinach-sweetcorn- chillies mixture as shown. Sprinkle 1 tsp ghee/ oil. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on slow flame till lower side turn crispy golden.
Flip and cook another side for 3-4 minutes on low flame till crispy golden.
Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Moong Dal- Sago Uttapam with green corainder chutney.

1/2 cup sago/ sabudana flour
1/2 cup besan
1/2 cup whisked yogurt/curd
2 cups water as required
to taste Salt
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp cummin seeds
1 cup finely chopped spinach leaves
1/2 cup coarsely crushed sweet corn
1-2 green chillies finely chopped
Ghee/Oil for roasting
Fresh coriander leaves chutney to serve with Uttapam
