Step:
De-seed all the pommegranates.
Take the juice of all the pommegranate seeds.
Boil this juice in a pan, atop a stove.
Add all the sugar, stirring continuously.
After a good boil, take off from the stove immediately adding in gelatine sparingly to the consistency you require.
Next, Squeeze the juice of one small lemon.
Finally add a drop of food colour and stir.
Keep aside in an undisturbed place for cooling.
It will be thickened in about 2 hours.
Keep in refrigerator for setting and final preservation.
Ensure that you use good quality of berries whenever you attempt to make this recipe else, the jam might not last long.
