Gola kabab without egg, maida,bread

Chop first chicken then add in it all masala.

Fried onion add in it.your chicken must b dried. Not water added it will b soft and juicy.

Mix wel and put cling sheet and keep in fridge for an hour then

Bind four skewers with rubberband and grease oil on it take a amount of better and keep sticks and make shape and remove slightly it is small in size.

As golden put gola kabab on it and serve
