Step:

  1. Wash and chopped palak bhaji (spinach) and coriander leaves, put in mixer grinder jar, add green chillies,ginger pieces, little salt and grind to smooth puree.

  2. In mixing bowl add & mix rava and whisk curd. Add salt and palak puree. Mix well without lumps. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Now place a steamer on the gas
    Add little water to it and place a stand inside.

  4. Grease a steel box or a thali.

    Add eno salt to spinach-rava batter. Mix gently.

  5. Pour batter in greased container.

  6. Cover and steam cook for 10-12 minutes.

  7. Once cooked down take it out in a plate.
    In small tadka pan add heat oil,do tempering of mustard, white sesame seeds and curry leaves. Pour this tempering on the steamed dhokla.

  8. Cut into pieces.
    Serve healthy and delicious Palak Rava Dhokla with Green Coriander Chutney.

  1. 1 cup rava
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. 1 tsp eno salt
  4. For palak paste
  5. 1/2 cup chopped spinach leaves
  6. 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  7. 2 green chillies
  8. 1/2 inch ginger
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 1 tsp Oil for greasing
  11. For tadka
  12. 1 tbsp oil
  13. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  14. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  15. 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  16. 2 tsp Curry leaves
