  1. In a pot add your washed beef, stock fish and cook with 1 maggi

  2. In a pan fry your Heidi in a hot palm oil

  3. In a different pot fry onion, red bell pepper and pepper

  4. Add the cooked beef and stock fish

  5. Add little water and than add the egusi

  6. Add crayfish, Maggi, Curry

  7. Add ugu leaf and cook a little

  8. It's done and eat
