Step:

  1. Prepare dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat a pan with oil and add onions. Saute for a minute.

  3. Then add ginger- garlic paste and continue to saute.

  4. Now turn off the flame and add salt and coriander leaves.

  5. Combine all and simultaneously knead the dough.

  6. Make a ball sized dough

  7. Now place prepared onion stuffing in the centre and roll like a Chapati.

  8. Put it on a hot tawa and spread oil and let it cook both the side.

  9. Serve with raita, chutney or curd.

  1. 2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/4 tsp salt
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. as needed Water
  5. For stuffing
  6. 1 tsp oil
  7. 1 onion finely chopped
  8. 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  11. 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)powder
  12. 1/4 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
  13. to taste Salt
  14. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  15. 1/4 tsp garam masala
