Step:

  1. Using food processer put lotus biscoff cookies fine crumbs stir melted butter combined take spring form pan put in bottom press it

  2. Transfer to frige and let it cool 30 minutes

  3. To make filling beat heavy cream it then beat cheese with lotus spread and sugar mix all combined and very smooth add gelatin

  4. Pour filling over cooled cookies cover wrap and refrigerator for 5 to 6 hour

  5. When fully set drizzle melted lotus spread and biscuits crumbs serve cold

  1. 300 grams lotus cookies
  2. 6 table spoon melted butter
  3. For filling
  4. 1 cup heavy cream
  5. 400 grams cream cheese
  6. 1 cup lotus spread
  7. 1 tbsp gelatin
  8. Condensed milk or powder sugar
  9. For topping
  10. 4 _5 tbsp melted biscoff spread
