Take a bowl add butter and sugar and mix it well with an electric beater.
Now add vanilla essence and mix it slowly. Add flour and baking powder and mix all well.
Now start making cookie dough and shape it round and add Cadbury gems on top and keep aside.
Heat a pan and put a ring inside first and let it get preheat for 10 minutes on high flame. After 10 minutes place the cookie plate on it & cover it with lid. And let it bake for next 15 minutes on low flame.
After 15 minutes, remove the lid and cookie plate and let it cool down so it gets texture and crispiness. Rainbow cookies are ready to serve.
