For Paneer Cutlet - grate paneer, chop capsicums, boil potatoes, cool, peel and mash.
In a blender blend all vegetables. In a bowl mix all together. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies chopped, garam masala powder, salt and peanut grated. Make balls and set aside for 30 mins
For Moong Chillas- Soak the Moong Dal for 5 hours. Put in a blender, add 1/2 cup water to make a semi thick consistency. Add baking soda, red chilli powder, salt and asafoetida. Let it rest for 15 mins
In a saucepan heat oil and fry the paneer cutlets in batches.
In a saucepan heat oil and pour a small ladle of Moong batter and make the Chillas.
For assembling - smear green Chutney on the Chillas, add sliced cucumber, sliced tomato, paneer Cutlet, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber and Moong Chilla. Put a toothpick through. Plate and your kids would love the food

1/4 cup grated paneer or Indian cottage cheese
1/4 cup red capsicum chopped fine
1/4 cup yellow capsicum chopped fine
1-2 green chillies chopped
1/2 cup peanut grated to bind the cutlet
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 large potato
1 sprig coriander leaves
As per taste Salt
As required Oil for frying
for Moong Chilla--
1/2 cup Moong Dal
1 cup water
Pinch baking soda
Pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
as per taste Salt
as required Oil to fry
for garnish-
few Cucumber slices
few Tomato slices
