Step:

  1. Set the oven to 190 degree Celsius and grease your muffin tin. Add the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and give a good whisk

  2. Rub in the margarine then add in in the eggs. pour in the milk and whisk to a smooth batter. add in the vanilla essence and whisk well.

  3. Fill in your greased muffin tin to half way. bake in a 180 degree C oven for 20 - 24 minutes
