Step:

  1. Marinate the chicken wings with garlic powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, red chilli powder,salt and oil

  2. Marinate the chicken wings at least 1 hour.

  3. Preheat the oven to 375 c

  4. Put some oil on cooking tray.

  5. Place the chicken wings in a single layer on the tray, place in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, depends on wings size.

  6. Turn the wings side after 20 minutes.

  7. Make the sauce by slowly simmering the sauce ingredients in low heat for 5 minutes.

  8. When chicken wings is baked dip in sauce and coat evenly.

  9. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and Place it back in the oven for another 5 minutes.

  10. Serve hot with Masala Rice.

  1. Marination
  2. 12 pieces Chicken Wings
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp Garlic powder
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. Sauce
  10. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  11. 1 tbsp honey
  12. 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
  13. 1 tbsp hot sauce
  14. 1 tbsp Butter
  15. 1 clove garlic paste
  16. Garnish
  17. Sprinkle Sesame seeds
