Step:
First of all prepare the kunna masala dry roast white cumin seeds,long(cloves),saunf,green cardamom,black cardamom,whole coriander and ground it
Then in a pot add oil,mutton, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste,and half tspn white cumin seeds
Then add roasted grounded masala which we prepared before along with add red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder,garam masala, and cook for 5 minutes in high flame
In a separate pot boil 4 cups of water and add in the mutton and cover the lid and cook it in low flame until the meat become tender
When half water reduced and meat become tender then take 3 tbspn of wheat flour dissolved in 1/4 cup of water and add in the gravy to thicken it
And also sprinkle some black cumin seeds on top and again put for 5 minutes in low flame
In the end garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and ginger and serve with lemon and hot naan
Ingredients
1 kg mutton with bones
1 small chopped onion
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tspn white cumin seeds
FOR KUNNA MASALA PREPARATION:-
1 tbspn red chilli powder
1 tspn turmeric powder
1 and half tspn salt
1 tspn garam masala powder
Half tspn fennel seeds (saunf) roasted and ground
1 tbspn sabut dhania whole coriander (roasted and ground)
1 tspn cumin seeds (roasted and ground)
4 green cardamom(roasted and ground)
1 black cardamom (roasted and ground)
7-8 cloves (roasted and ground)
1/4 tspn black cumin seeds for garnishing time
Green coriander and Julian ginger for garnishing time
