Step:
Boil rosemary, mint, and ginger in the liquid for few minutes depending on how strong you want it. More strength requires more minutes eg 10 min.
Switch off heat and add loose tea to steep for a few minutes depending on desired strength.
Add sugar/honey and lemon to taste.
You can serve this hot or as ice tea. I prefer to put it in the fridge and serve as ice tea. It is also perfect mixed with fruit juices or in smoothies.
UPDATE: Good news! The tea can take milk without cuddling it! Just leave out the lemon of course LOL! I'm enjoying mine with miraru banana.
Ingredients
1 litre water or blanching/boiling liquid
3 stems fresh rosemary
1 medium ginger root, chopped. Peeling optional
