In a sauce pan, add water and bring it to boil.
Once water starts boiling, add Bluebellvine flower and stir well. Then add sugar. Turn off the flame and let sugar dissolve.
Take the concentrated liquid into a glass and let it cool down.
Now pour the liquid in ice tray and keep it in freezer for 4 hours.
Prepare the lemon juice by adding salt, black salt, lemon and black pepper.
Take few ice cubes and crush it.
Take the ice cubes made of the liquid and crush them.
In a serving glass, add Bluebellvine flower crushed ice, and on it add crushed ice.
Add some ice cubes. Now pour the lemon juice.
Garnish with Bluebellvine flower. Colour changes from blue to purple. It's magic!!! Stir well and the whole glass will change it's colour. Enjoy!!
