Coffee bean cookies

Add warm water in coffee powder and let it dissolve.

In a bowl, take butter and whisk well until it becomes fluffy.

Add coffee mixture to it and mix well.

Then add all the other ingredients.

Knead the dough and let it rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven. Roll the dough and give it a coffee bean shape.

Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Rest the cookies for other 20 minutes on baking tray. Cookies are ready. Enjoy!!
