Step:

  1. In a pot, add in olive oil and diced onions and saute.

  2. Add in minced garlic and stir. Then add in shredded chicken breast and stir.

  3. Then add in carrots, spices, and seasoning cubes. And mix well.

  4. Add in chicken stock or water, red and green bell peppers. And stir. And add in cornflour to thicken the sauce and curry. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes or so. Then turn off heat and enjoy! You can serve with anything of ur choice, I served mine with white basmati rice!
